Turning a public space into a live event site requires a particular approach. Nestle it on the edge of Circular Quay and it takes on a new level of ambition, requiring a unique mix of design, scheduling, communication, diplomacy and determination.

Executing & directing the plan.
Initially tasked with both technical direction and production management, this project quickly evolved further to include a detailed site logistics overlay due to the access, space, power & time challenges. The largest team we’ve needed to organise for Rizer to date, due to the rapid planning pace & impeccable detail essential for a project of this nature. Over 200T of production equipment and scenic detail made it’s way through this site.
Reaching the audience.
Guests were welcomed through a series of incredible experiences, with every detail carefully crafted. Freshly Grammy-Awarded artists Rüfüs Du Sol marked the transition to a drone performance as guests drifted into the Museum of Contemporary Art for an after-party that for most clients would be enough of a production in itself.
