Translating client creative into a tangible production design.
Combining our experience in content production and virtual events, this studio shoot featured live music and a variety of presentation formats, a perfect fit for our skillset. The project started with a creative brief, to which we developed a shoot treatment along with storyboarding and a detailed shot list.

Executing & directing the plan
We managed the studio build including rigging design, video system design, projection design, lighting design and audio design. Onsite we supplied a full film unit crew: Production Manager, Director, 1st AD, Technical Director, DOP, Camera Operators, Camera Assistants, Lighting Director, Gaffer, Best Boy, Qtake VTR, Autocue, Sound Recordist, Sound Assistant, Comms Team and Data Wrangler.
Reaching the audience.
We utilised a mix of in-camera VFX and postproduction. We edited down to a high-energy 90min piece, including grading, animation & VFX with the support of our postproduction partner Clipped. Completing the project by handling the final webstream playback & encoding, we received feedback from the host platform that of 35 global TikTok Backstage productions prior to this ours was an absolute standout for production value.
